22-30 Old Bath Road comprises approximately 1.19 hectares of redundant office space. Old Bath Road runs along the southern boundary, from which it is accessed, while Western Avenue (A4) runs along the northern boundary.

The location is within walking distance of public transport, employment opportunities, various town centre amenities and recreational facilities, including a football pitch and park.

Our proposed housing mix is as follows:

• 44 one-bedroom apartments
• 28  two-bedroom apartments
• 16 three-bedroom houses
• 2 four-bedroom houses

Of the 90 homes provided, 27 will be provided as affordable housing (30%), for both rent and shared ownership.
